Daniel was punctual, tidy and never stopped working. Slab pointing looks neat and tidy. Will get a better idea of product once the mortar has gone off but everything looking good at the moment. I would certainly use Daniel again.

And between times, gave advice, explained the issues and what else I could do that would help. He went through the rest of the flat and sealed the other windows as a bonus.
