We were in a different city to the job, so we had to rely on Eric to manage the work; including liaising with letting agents to pick up keys etc. He did this very well, always did what he said he would, and was always trustworthy. We went up to meet Eric at the end of the job and he's clearly a very professional and likeable person. Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.
