Great work! Dale and Otis, two hard-working individuals, were always punctual and dedicated to completing the job each day. Martin is certainly the most honest, realistic and trustworthy trades person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. We’ve renovated a few properties over the years dealt with dozens of tradespeople, both good and bad and Martin sits at the top of the good pile. He had a passion for the job, charged a reasonable price and showed knowledge and commitment. He deals with all sorts of outside jobs and I will get him back in a heartbeat to deal with anything we need on our land or home. He’s a legend.

We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

A comprehensive job was required and Ease Services delivered! From plumbing to electrical work, tiling and fitting my new kitchen. I ordered the kitchen on line & needed help to make sure I got it right. I wasn't afraid to ask questions on anything I wasn't sure about and everything was explained to me. We worked out any problems that came up with input & discussions from both sides and agreed the way forward together which was refreshing. Thank you for a job well done.
