Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.
AJF plastering & property services is a family run company with over 50 years experience between father and son. We specialise in all aspects of plastering , decorating and property maintenance in domestic and commercial properties.
Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.

Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing!
