I wanted to wait a few day's before leaving a review as I was keen on after the jobs leaks not occurring. The bathrooms are on the first floor and I've had the challenge of leakage to through the ceilings in the past. I'm quite pleased with the work completed, I've not reason to call him back, the work is neat up to a high standard and tidied up after. Overall very pleased.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They replaced a floorboard for me. They arrived when they said and the job was done quickly. They also cleaned and tidied up after the job was completed.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
