DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. Tenants reported that Team were polite, pleasant and hardworking. Delighted with outcome of Bathroom. Would definitely recommend and use again for home and rental. I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. He was conscientious, cleared up properly and brought the job in on time. Even my builder asked for his number when he saw his work. All in all very happy.

Initially looking for some advice A&D patiently talked through options, planning & the hire of an architect. If/when I go ahead A&D would be a first choice.

May I take this opportunity to Thank Weddinton builders I was more than satisfied with their work and the service they have provided to me. Why? They are customer focused and have great pride in their work considerate trust worthy with a full understanding of job requirements to the customer's needs. Pleasant excellent work force with a full complement of workers all quality tradesmen including (electricians carpenters, plasters, plumbers etc) Yes, I took references before my extension started, all of which said similar things, which is a bonus and reassurning when working within a budget . All work undertaken was checked by local Council building surveyors with no problems found. If you require building work done check Weddington's out before making your final decision. Weddington builders are the full package.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.
