The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

Vasil and his team were able to complete the work in two areas of the site to a high standard and the finished job is excellent. They were professional in all communications and the work specifications were followed correctly. Vasil and his team were on time and cleaned up after every day of the job. Really please with Ian and his team. The garden looks great. The job was done to a high quality and they left the garden spotless. The price was very fair for the work they did. Ian helped recommend the fake grass and helped keep the price down. Looking forward to a long summer spent in the garden.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Professional approach to the carried work, reliable and diligent. The work carried by Top Level Construction has not been finished yet, but I believe that they finish it to the high quality standard.
