The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
