Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Lee and Reece made a fantastic job of fitting our new worktops and new sink, all we said to Lee was that we wanted worktops the same color as his tee shirt which was grey and the worktops he brought were perfect, we had a few issues with the drain from the sink but Lee sorted it perfectly, the only thing wrong with Lee was his timekeeping which was shocking, that is I will be there at 9.30 then turns up at 10.45.

Absolutely brilliant job. Can’t recommend them enough. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured.
