We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. We are very happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future

Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. They are neat and tidied up after themselves as well as being highly skilled. The inspection officer was very pleased with the outcome. Absolutely amazing tradesmen with very competitive pricing. transformed my 50m2 Driveway by tilling and installing aco floor drainage, great attention to detail and great finished product. Very highly recommended and definitely will have them returning for more work.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish. Once a date was agreed James was prompt and reliable and worked extremely hard. He was a conscientious and tidy worker and the final finished work exceeds our expectations

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.
