Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. He should be encouraged and supported in the best possible way to run a his business to the highest of standards. which I am sure he will always maintain. Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. He come when he said he would come. He finished the job as when he said he would finish the job, he was very kind very friendly and the Work was very reasonably priced. I can’t make the Man high enough. He was a lovely man and his Work is outstanding..

5 Star Fencing was absolutely superb - came to site on the day agreed, replaced the three bowed fence panels with ones of very good quality and painted them to match the rest of the fence, and did a small repair on an existing panel - Callum of 5 Star Fencing was an absolute pleasure and left the site (my garden) all clean and tidy.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

DC Taylor was polite and completed the job within 3 days of requesting the job to be done. I would highly recommend this builder.
