The initial introduction from Justin made me feel very reassured even though I'd never used this company before. He visited the house and quoted the drainage job answering all my concerns very promptly. The job was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. Menzies is very friendly and helpful. He gave us honest opinion that door beyond economic repair which I appreciated. However, he did improve the locking mechanism so that we can lock the door properly whilst awaiting new door. Would recommend.
