We were happy with the kitchen and work (apart from late start and finish / lack of communication), but the kitchen has been in for less than a year and the new floor that was laid is splitting. The underlay wasn’t installed correctly so the joints on the vinyl tiles have split. We’re going to have to have it all removed and done again, properly. Very disappointing.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.

Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.
