We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. R T Property Maintenance is a small business. Reliable, friendly and reasonable rates. Fencing, decking, paving. UPVC windows, doors, fascia and Soffit. Hanging doors, wood flooring, skirting, drylining, plastering, tiling and painting.
R.T builders gave me two quotes both within by budget. Good feed back on suggestions. A few snags, but soon sorted. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Friendly polite & did an excellent job.

Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. We would highly recommend him and our friends who saw the finished job have already made plans for him to quote for thier bathroom. His charges are also very reasonable and the profile suggested and subsequently supplied are first class.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
