The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Patryk did a first class job I bought materials myself somethings were broken Patryk manged to overcome all these problems with no complaints and no extra charges I gave Patryk a shabby dingy bathroom Patryk transformed into bright pleasant shower room Started on time finished on time Cleaned up well when finished. These guys were very quick to respond to the ad, and were able to come to have a look-see and do the job rapidly as well. They needed to come back the next day with a longer ladder, but on arrival it was 20 mins to get the ladders in, get up onto the roof, do the 10 minute job, clear up, get paid (card machine) and leave. With some chatting with me in between too. Very pleasant guys indeed. They came from Glasgow to Stirling to do what they knew would most likely be a 10 minute job. Very professional indeed

Daniel was punctual, tidy and never stopped working. Slab pointing looks neat and tidy. Will get a better idea of product once the mortar has gone off but everything looking good at the moment. I would certainly use Daniel again.
