Vio is a lovely guy. We originally got him to fix our kitchen that was installed badly by someone else but had to wait for a new work top. He ended up fitting a laminate floor in our bedroom and vinyl tiles in the bathroom and toilet as well. Very reliable and works very hard. Looking forward to having our kitchen fixed next week. Would definately recommend him.

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. He was reliable and any problems were soon solved. He is now going to build the extension and I am confidant that he will do a good job John

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. They were punctual, polite, they knew what they were doing, the quality of workmanship was high, they were honest and their prices are fair. Edilson was very efficient, communicative, and clean during the job. He explained everything that he was doing, and made suggestions about how to make the most of the space we were using. He even did a few extra odd jobs for me at the last minute. I've now shared his details with all of my family, and they will be using him in the future. I definitely recommend!
