I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. A good solid floor fitted to our conservatory with extra damp proofing added to solve a previous issue. Would definitely use again.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, it is like something in a luxury hotel and I cannot recommend Mariposa enough. I felt so cosetted, cared for and listened to the entire time. My installer was Steve and he is a master of bathroom fitting - he found quite a few oddities hidden in my existing bathroom and so had to adapt and be innovative to work around them. His work was immaculate and he is one of the tidiest people I have ever had here doing work for me.

Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite. He immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what ideas we had and explained the options which he felt would work for us. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. Incredible attention to details from the whole team. Absolutely over the moon, I hope to spread the word for them because they truly deserve it!

Save your money and do not trust these guys to finish the job. Rubbish been outside my place for 5 weeks and have been told 5 different dates for collection and let down each time. Totally unorganized people and arrangements made for work and again let down night before. Plasterer has not finished and have been ghosted by them. Shocking l!

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Really, really pleased with our new bathroom! Dan did an excellent job and worked really hard throughout the time he was with us. The job was more difficult than either of us anticipated, plus we asked him to do a few extra bits not originally quoted for, but he just ploughed on until the job was done. Dan always cleaned up after each day and tried to keep mess to a minimum. The finish in the bathroom is first class, we just love it! Will certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !

Nigel completed the installation of shower and handwash basin after we were let down by another plumber. The work was completed within the estimated time. Very clean and tidy. Shower room looks great. Would recommend.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
