I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Absolutely brilliant job. Can’t recommend them enough. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. They were quick and clean. Tidied everything up and left the place spotless. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

Really pleased with the job Kevin and his team have just completed turning my wee "Retro" bathroom in a bright modern wee bathroom. Came when he said he would, both to quote and complete the work, listened to what I wanted and advised on the practicalities. Standard of work is fab. Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! Lee came quickly to give us a quote which was reasonable. He arrived promptly with his son and they both worked all day until the job was completed. Was quite a messy job to remove the wall but they kept it very clean throughout. Framed out and boarded up a section of wall for us too. Would highly recommend Lee and will use them again in the future, cheers!

Had my main bathroom redesigned and installed. The workmanship throughout was 1st class and all of the tradesmen were hardworking polite and willing to go the extra mile. When a small problem came up Cameron and Jack were quick to react and had it sorted in no time. The price that was quoted was the price invoiced, there were no little extras added on. Would thoroughly recommend C&J Plumbing and heating solutions.

Very good contact with Alan. Very happy to provide advice in regard to window style and colours. Windows was done in 2 days and neat. Only a small issue due to the supplier sending wrong wrong-sized window, but not related to the company - in the meantime, my bathroom window was secured. I will be finishing the rest of my house windows with Alan in the near future and can recommend the company.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
