James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He's punctual, reliable, trustworthy and does a terrific job. Thank you James!

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

Had a quick chat with Catalin and agreed on a reasonable price. Although there were some challenges, Valentine discussed few options to resolve it and did an excellent job on fitting the cladding. He left the place neat and tidy.
