We’d highly recommend Alex, From the start he was really helpful and understanding of the job we had. He visited our property within 24 hours of the job going live and had a quote with us that evening. The work completed is of an incredible standard and Alex went above and beyond at our property to leave it looking like new. He cleaned up after himself constantly and was very helpful. No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. The windows were installed on time and they cleaned up very well after the work was complete. All timelines were met through the process. A super job!
