Ryan and the team at FL Build did a fantastic job for us. Our project involved demolition work, extension and a complex refurbishment of our house over 6 months. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Efficiently handled job , although it wasn’t as straight forward as it first appeared , the required work was more extensive , a price was agreed . Peter arrived promptly, worked at a steady pace all day . Did a good job and gave a thorough job in tidying up afterwards .

Paul was very friendly and helpful. Gave an honest assessment of the work and he was very helpful and knowledgable when discussing the work needed. Easy to contact, with prombt responses to any queries We had a small bathroom plastered by Paul, work was done to a great standard and in the time frame discussed. Overall we are really pleased with how it all went and would definitely recommend Paul for all sorts of jobs around the home. Thanks!

Ian at MH Landscapes offered a very competitive quote for a garden landscaping job. Not the cheapest quote I received, but felt he understood best the work required & would finish the job to the highest standard. 100% the right decision. The paving itself looks superb, the cleanup and general level of care was good and the attention to detail fantastic. The whole job only took 2 days. Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. He checked all the details with us from the handle positions to the way the doors open. He had good innovative solutions to two difficult issues. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Dimitar!

Excellent service. Did exactly as quoted and to qouted price. Took lots of pictures of before and after during the work and then showed me afterwards to see what they had actually done. Cleaned up after themselves and left everywhere tidy. Very pleased would recommend to anyone.
