We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

I also take on other jobs, I am happy to undertake plumbing work and will soon be offering electrical work including PAT testing. The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

I'm very pleased with the job done by n.B.C. Andrew arrived when he said he would,surveyed the job, obtained the materials and returned to do the work. The job was completed without fuss, and within a very reasonable timeframe. Andrew was very pleasant throughout. I would unhesitatingly recommend n.B.C. and I will certainly use them again for future work.
