Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. MKM PROJECT was established 2 years ago after working self employed for 18 years. I have been involved in many projects from basement, extensions, full house or flat refurbishments and loft conversion. Structural steel fittings, footings, brick and stud walls, roof structure, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fittings, tiling, joinery, plastering & painting. I have a SMSTS course done. First aid course.
Mario is the best all-round builder I have come across. He is at home with plumbing, building, joinery, tiling, electrics and decorating work, all done in a cheerful, positive manner. He converted our decaying washroom into a modern utility room with panache and I would recommend him to anyone.

Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
