We are two Polish partners and friends, who have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Initially we started as sub-contractors, but clients started recommending us to other family members and friends and our direct work increased very quickly. Finally we decided to start our own company and M&P Dream house Constructions was born. Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials. Didn't get the ladder fitted but the kind gentleman had a look in the loft via the hatch and because of its location couldn't fit a ladder. He kindly helped me to take a few bits down that were up there which I was most grateful for..

Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. They left the building site clean and tidy and I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine.
