He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

Adam came and looked and the job and provided some good advice, which will save money. He fitted the taps the next day and was punctual and tidy. Reasonably priced. Have had problems finding a reliable and competent plumber in the past, but not any longer!

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of. I have never felt safer with a professional than I did with Arthur. He was friendly, warm, patient and able to talk me off a cliff when I was starting to doubt my design choices. Not to mention the work was done incredibly quickly and to an incredibly high standard. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to have beautiful work done!

Elvis and his team are great to work with and did a really good job. The scope of the work was extended based off my request. Professional and clean work, which involved cleaning up nightly. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
