Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Mihai and team have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Mihai is a problem solver and made us feel he had our interest at heart. He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. He always gave us options, explaining pros and cons. Him and the team are very nice and easy going. Also important, it's great he could do all the electric and plumbing.

Jordan and Danny did such an amazing job, Very professional, very respectful and very efficient. Always clean and tidy. And always on time. They did such a great job of decorating the inside of our house, that we had them straight back to do the outside. 1 year later the quality of work still shows and they have done my parents and friends houses as well.

Mr.M.Anderson did an excellent job renovating my kitchen and he was able to follow my plan and explain everything he was doing according to my plan step by step and, he was also very patient with me while I was explaining what my vision was for my kitchen, also very polite and very understanding and communicated very well throughout his working period, and was very accommodating with every obstacle he faced during the renovation. I would recommend his work for anyone whose looking for a professional.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

Andy and his team arrived on time and did a splendid job. The finishing was all neat and tidy. We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Paul was absolutely brilliant - really efficient and high quality work. We had a difficult wall rendering job - very high up. Paul was punctual, friendly, explained things clearly and did a great job. No problems with the third party who Paul hired to provide a mobile tower - Paul coordinated it all.

Denis did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, he is very knowledgeable and knows his craft, worked outside in the cold and finished the job efficiently. We are so pleased with his work, railing looks good and even the neighbour was impressed and said how nice it looks. We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. They provided a competitive quote and were available to undertake the work quickly to suit our needs. They worked at a steady pace with a focus on doing it right rather than doing it quickly. Their communication was good and they were as tidy as you can be with such a job. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the work, many thanks.

Daryl did a great job repairing and pointing the parapet walls. He came out to quote, tested for leaks and identified the source. His repair went beyond the quoted works as he also rendered the walls below the parapet at no extra cost. His communication was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend Daryl and will use him again for roofing work.
