This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!

Unreliable. On two occasions did not turn up. First time I chased and told me his boiler had broken. Second time did not answer my calls. Do not use.

couple of pieces of the shed were not put together and only realised after they had left. Roof not fitted correctly leaving daylight being seen from inside of shed.

I am sorry to say that after doing one job well for us Keith proved untrustworthy when we left him the key to our house to refurb the kitchen while we were on holiday. It seemed like a good idea. Wrong! The story is long and he has his 'excuses'. We felt let down and put at risk when he subcontracted all the work to people we didn't know, gave them our alarm code and left the key with them too. IF he does the work it's okay but we wouldnt dream of engaging him again. Sorry Keith.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

Spoke to him on phone sent pictures via WhatsApp to show what I needed doing. He replied that he could do job no problem gave a day but said he would ring daybefore with time etc never heard from himat all not very happy with service will use him at all sorry

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.
