William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

James kept in touch even when the job was put on hold due to coronavirus. He has done an excellent job in less time than expected. In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job. I will have no hesitation in contacting Karl for any other work I need to have done in the future.
