Our previous gardeners work was awful and they left our garden in a very poor state. We found Paul from Horti-Cultured, I spoke to him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful. He posted me a quote and a booklet with photos of his previous work, the quote was very reasonable and the photos showed the quality of his work. I am pleased to say Paul is now our new gardener and I would highly recommend him as after only 2 visits so far my garden is looking great.

I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable and he managed this all. Always kept me aware of costs and timing. I would recommend him to anyone. Roy McAloon

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

Outstanding service and quality work, Steve was extremely reliable and tidy, ensuring he left the house in a perfect state at the end of each day and turning up promptly each morning. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy at each stage of the job. He's also fantastic with kids - couldn't recommend him enough!

Simon has exceeded all expectations, there was quick initial contact and a detailed quote. The work performed was exceptional, problem solving, clean and professional work. Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job. I will have no hesitation in contacting Karl for any other work I need to have done in the future.
