It would have been more helpful if you had just called us rather than driving off and leaving us with the problem . Just for the record we have been in construction running large projects in London for over 30 years so we know a professional when we meet one . This was a small project in comparison.

Excellent! James is polite, knowledgeable and clean worker. He gets on with the job, tidies after himself, suggests any changes which he thinks may work better, good price. Have already booked him for some additional work and would not hesitate to use his services again.

We have had an excellent job done. Richard is wonderful. We were away for a week and on our return all the neighbours told us just how hard he had worked. We now have a garden way beyond anything we expected. Highly recommend Richard.

they came out give me a quote said they would do the job with a couple of nice days as soon as got nice days were round did the job cleaned up everything looks immaculate

After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Responded in an emergency and did a first rate job. They laid the lino floor in a couple of hours, all done. Nice job.
