I cannot Thank Paul enough for the Brilliant Decorating work he completed at my house. Extremely high standard - with wall murals, wallpaper and painting, resulting in a masterpiece. The skill and attention to detail to ensure all walls made perfect, fixing cracks professionally and finishing touches to woodwork, exceeded expectations. Made some excellent suggestions, completed work on time. A very friendly, kind and funny gentleman, highly recommend for any decorating or carpentry work in the future.

Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. An outstanding job completed today by the W2.0 team! It was a tricky task, working with different levels and laying concrete that tied them together while ensuring rainfall would be carried away correctly. Not to mention the replacement of the sewer frame and cover, ensuring they were level with the surrounding ground. All of this was achieved without any fuss or bother.
