Pete arranged to come and give me a quote within a day and the reasonable quote arrived the same evening with a comprehensive explanation. He also arranged to come and do the work quickly and turned up promptly, was friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard. Chris The Locksmith rang me within minutes of putting my job on the board which he discussed and gave me a price over the phone. We agreed on that and he was here within the hour from Nuneaton which must be 30 plus miles away. He looked at the door mechanism and kept adjusting until he was completely satisfied. He also could see the door was not hung correctly and adjusted it accordingly.He was very professional, friendly would recommend highly.

Shaun and the Team did a great job for me the house has been fully referbished to a very high standard. New bathroom walk in shower new ceiling in hall ,all decorated throughout. New Kitchen-Diner-Lounge and Extension excellent.

Tony was great. Came to see the work needed beforehand and to quote. Once accepted, he turned up on the day and completed the work with no fuss. Very pleasant to talk to (which helps) and I would definitely recommend Tony.

Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.
