I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Turned up on time completed work with care and respect for property and exactly as price quoted. Cleaned up after work and removed waste material at own expense. Would use again in a heartbeat

Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the guys at Southern Cross. They were super quick and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. All the guys were lovely and really helpful. I will be using them again and will be recommending them to my friends.

Highly recommended, did a very good quality job on my locks. On time and reliable with very careful work meaning there was minimal markings to the paintwork on my front door. I would recommend and use this company again.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Wojtek worked hard and finished my bathroom tiling and room painting in high standard. I would recommend him and use his service again.
