Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

The team did a great job helping us get new kitchen doors, panels and plinths in. I hired Ahmed for laying herringbone engeneered wood flooring. From the initial phone call, discussing details, was clear that he's got years of experience with wide range of flooring. He was happy to provide his professional opinion and pricing was very reasonable. The work did take longer than expected but the final result was great. I recommend Ahmed and Luxe flooring.
