R T Property Maintenance is a small business. Reliable, friendly and reasonable rates. Fencing, decking, paving. UPVC windows, doors, fascia and Soffit. Hanging doors, wood flooring, skirting, drylining, plastering, tiling and painting.
R.T builders gave me two quotes both within by budget. Good feed back on suggestions. A few snags, but soon sorted. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Friendly polite & did an excellent job.

Very professional and really fast. We had our artex ceiling re-done and he matched the pattern to my other ceilings perfectly. He worked fast (the whole ceiling was done in about 2 hours!) and he put down plastic coverings everywhere to protect my furniture and carpets. Would recommend.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
