Absolute 1st class service and build from Michael and his team. Communication was great from our first contact right through to completion. Excellent competitive pricing and good invoicing. The overall build quality of our extension is fantastic and thoughtfully done. We had a downstairs shower room, dining room and hall added with new back steps. Michael is a great problem solver too. I met Paul and he was very friendly and gave me a reasonable price and timeline to build a small extension. Job started OK until he started another bigger job then the problems started. No trades for days despite being advised material was ordered and tradesmen would arrive to complete. The communication has been deplorable, they dont answer calls, txts or emails. After a full 3 months of stress i had to get intradesmen to complete this job. Do not go near this company as they will only let you down.

Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Ben cleared up and took away all the rubbish.
