After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
