Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

Andrew quoted on the job and stuck to quote. He explained what needed doing in lay person language. The job looked tidy and he explained when to wash the patio so as it to disturb new mortar. I am very pleased with this job. Thank you Andrew

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. An efficient and professional job, also did a couple of other small things I asked for. Also shared photos of the completed work, no way are those crows bothering us again now!!
