We gave him the job and he turned up every day consecutively, addressed the work in priority order and completed the work on his original schedule. I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.

Avoid - employed this company to remove joints in patio , re- fix loose slabs, clean and re joint, Parts of the joints missing, patio is now all stained off the jointing compound, and they don’t reply to messages when you complain.
