James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. Fixed brickwork on our house. The repair left brick dust on nearby bricks, which they said would disappear in a few months, but it never did. Having said that, the quality was good and the repairs stood the test of time, which is exactly what we wanted.
