So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. Booked for an urgent job, after he replied quickly to my advert. Said he could be with me first thing the next day. During the next 24 hours he gave four excuses for not being able to attend, each with a commitment to another appointment. Never showed up. Traders like this take opportunities away from legitimate businesses. I booked another electrician after wasting time waiting for this one.
