Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Probably the best tradesman I've ever used! HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.
