Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown
