Alex and his coworker provided a great service. They replaced a door in my home and it was a very clean job (i.e. it looked exactly how the door had looked before it was broken). Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

I don't normally give full marks for anything as I feel there's always room for improvement however in this instance the stars are well deserved. Carl arrived on time and completed the job within the time specified , to a high standard and carl ensured that he left our house as clean and tidy as he could , I would feel comfortable recommending him to other people and would use him again

Brilliant work, great guys, we are so pleased with the whole process which we understand is unusual at the end of a large loft conversion project!
