He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Rhys is a very friendly guy, easy to get on with and professional. The job price was under estimated based on the time taken. However, It was a tricky job and this is the nature of most construction jobs with reference to timing.. I don't have any faults with Rhys and if there's any problems he's willing to negotiate a compromise.
