Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Parsa and the team were quick to discuss the job and come to do the work. However, there was miscommunication between Parsa and the team member doing the job (eg height of tiles). Furthermore, the reason for the one star review is that the job was poorly executed. Backing board was not used for part of the work, and was not fixed elsewhere. Within three days, edge tiles came off and bowing of countertop tiles was visible. Parsa did not reply to follow up communication. Paid another tiler to redo the job.
