Hello, I'm Alan and I have been doing precision engineering and instillation for agricultural and industrial business for over 16 years now. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist. I started doing home repairs for family and friends 6 years ago, I found domestic plumbing to be far easier and cleaner work than dairy repairs, and far more rewarding. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
