I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite. He immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what ideas we had and explained the options which he felt would work for us. Jordan did a great job to install a new shower enclosure in our sole bathroom at short notice and to a tight timescale. We're very happy with the aesthetics, quality of workmanship and resulting shower experience. Jordan consulted appropriately before and during the progress of the works and was courteous throughout. In general Jordan was punctual and always tidied up at the end of each day. I would recommend his services.

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !

Nigel completed the installation of shower and handwash basin after we were let down by another plumber. The work was completed within the estimated time. Very clean and tidy. Shower room looks great. Would recommend.
