Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

The guys came down within a few hours on the same day which was great. They installed three radiators in time for a new floor to be put down. Even agreed to swap a radiator the next day, which they noticed had been delivered with a dent. Thanks for your help.

Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to get to us within a couple of days as we felt our job was urgent and even came out to quote on a Sunday! Very happy customer! Thanks all!

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Andy's workmanship is commendable. Andy is very thorough, likes to get 'Everything' right, Andy even waited to see if the appliance works! I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a reliable tradesman.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I would definately recommend Harry from HTH. I found him through ratedpeople and after working for a few years for some big plumbing companies he is starting out on his own. He came round and gave a qoute, which was competitive and did the job very well as far as I can see. And he is a very pleasant young man which is no bad thing!

I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
