Vlad is very professional, hard working, punctual and extremely efficient. His work is great and as well as his personality, extremely helpful, and reliable! He did all the architrave, skirting boards, door frames from scratch, as well as installing new doors with handles and locks, LED covings, LVT flooring and stairs banister! Can’t praise him enough and will def recommend him and save his number for any future jobs!

I hired Alin when I decided to spruce up my bathroom a bit and I'm very glad I did. He did a really beautiful job tiling the bathroom and fitting various new bits and bobs. I found him to be a dependable, punctual, conscientious guy who takes pride in his work. We had a few issues with some of the hardware I purchased and we were able to sort everything out together beautifully. On top of it all, he is a very pleasant guy to have around. Highly recommended.

We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows. Heron even helped me out with fitting a mirror cabinet in another bathroom. Really appreciated his help there! Would highly recommend Awarded Builder!

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Patrick O'Brien, and his team, has exceeded my expectations on this job. It was a full refurbishment and I am extremely pleased with the results. All work has been completed to a very high standard and Patrick could not have been more professional or helpful in his approach. There were no hidden extra costs; any additional work was discussed thoroughly and agreed before going ahead with it. I can wholeheartedly recommend Patrick for any building work. Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.

The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!
